Prerequisite(s): Access to ServiceNow via ServiceNow Access Form. ITS members are auto-enrolled.

ServiceNow is a cloud-based application platform that organizes how we work as an organization. The ServiceNow platform gives ITS the ability to automate workflows, standardize services, and manage our core IT processes and business. UNCG ITS uses ServiceNow to keep track of break/fix issues, service and product requests, project management, inventory management, and infrastructure changes.
