Adapt 2021: Reimagining What’s Possible

May 10, 2021 - May 11, 2021

The goal of the Adapt virtual conference is to meet members of the UNC Greensboro community where they are with current challenges, questions, and opportunities. Last year, the Adapt conference aimed to support faculty in the sudden and unexpected shift to online learning. This year, Adapt will center around the joy of teaching, learning, and scholarship. Join us as we learn how others have innovated to overcome obstacles, create meaningful learning experiences for their students, and how this will impact our practice as we work through the pandemic and beyond.

Following Chancellor Gilliam’s keynote, we’ll consider how we can create connections and humanize learning in face-to-face, online, hybrid, and hyflex environments. Come prepared to reimagine what’s possible for teaching and research as we explore the use of technology to support and enhance our activities and goals. And, as we continue to adapt what we do, we will spotlight equity, diversity, and inclusion practices essential to our mission and values.

To learn more, submit a proposal, and register for the conference, please visit go.uncg.edu/UNCGadapt.

Note: If you cannot attend on May 10-11, registering for Adapt 2021 will give you access to the conference in Canvas, where you will be able to access all of the session recordings beginning  Wednesday, May 26.
