Aromatherapy, Sleep and Stress

Aromatherapy can be defined as the art and science of utilizing naturally extracted aromatic essences from plants to balance, harmonize, and promote the health of body, mind, and spirit. Essentially, the use of aroma to enhance feelings of well-being, relieve stress, and promote restful sleep. This session will explore the basics of this art and ways in which essential oils can positively enhance our daily lives.
