For faculty and staff only.  This workshop is designed to introduce you to Banner Communications Management and how the tool can help you generate and send communications to your constituents (student, employee, vendor…).  The workshop will explain what kinds of communications can be generated, feature tools such as trigger events, and creating individualized messages that pertain to each individual recipient.  The overview will take approximately 30-40 minutes with a demo and Q&A session to follow shortly thereafter.  All departments are welcome to attend.

If you cannot attend, the workshop will take place the second Friday of every month and can also be scheduled as a one-off event, by request.
