Cooking with Herbs

Fresh summer herbs are one of the best ways to boost nutrition and add exciting flavors without added fats and sugars. In this class you will learn how to grow an array of aromatic herbs and incorporate them into various foods including desserts! Refine your palate this summer along with your culinary skills and learn to cook lite with herbs.

Presented by registered dietitian, Cari Culp

Upon registration you will be asked to submit your BCBS subscriber id #. This is a free workshop provided by Cari Culp and is a contracted service through the State Health Plan. The workshop is open to those with SHP insurance and their families. Subscriber ID is needed, but you will not be charged a copay for the service.
