Creating Your Vision Board

Visualization can be a useful tool to enhance your life experience. By creating goals and adding a visual component to those goals, your ability to achieve those goals increases. Additionally, engaging the creativity receptors in our brain helps with anxiety and stress.

Canva account before the workshop. (HealthyUNCG will cover the printing of your vision board once completed!)
If attending virtually, please create a free If attending in person, all supplies provided by HealthyUNCG. Come by any time between 11- 1. Vision Boards typically will take at least 30 minutes to complete, although you can cut and take any items with you if needed.
