Let Cari show you how to have the best outcomes with cooking tips and suggestions for packing the most nutrition into your one pot dish. A must for strong immunity through cold and flu season.

Upon registration you will be asked to submit your BCBS subscriber id #. This is a free workshop provided by Cari Culp and is a contracted service through the State Health Plan. The workshop is open to those with SHP insurance and their families. Subscriber ID is needed, but you will not be charged a copay for the service. Preventative services, such as this, are covered at 100% regardless of plan. If you have any questions, don’t have BCBS, or prefer to provide another way, please contact us at healthy_uncg@uncg.edu
Attendance is required in order to receive followup materials and slides.
