CTRL+ALT+Access: Creating Accessible Canvas Content
January 8 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

All digital instructional materials must be WCAG 2.1 AA compliant by April 2026. If this statement comes as a surprise, or the idea of the task feels daunting or overwhelming, use this training as your starting point. We will introduce you to basic accessibility principles (SLIDE) that apply to many types of instructional materials, but are specifically designed to support you with the technical “how-to” so you can begin putting some of those accessibility fundamentals into practice when building content in Canvas using the Rich Content Editor.
Please note that this is a repeat workshop from early Fall 2025. While you are welcome to join again, please be aware that the content will repeat.
