EEODF: Equal Employment Opportunity and Diversity Fundamentals in the Workplace (Two Parts)

An event every month that begins at 8:30 am on day Second of the month, repeating until October 14, 2020

Mandatory training for all supervisors.

This is a blended online and one-day classroom course that is designed with the latest information needed to help supervisors and managers understand equal employment opportunity/affirmative action laws in the context of daily work situations for an increasingly diverse workforce. The training will also provide applicable information such as case studies, effective hiring practices, rights and responsibilities, and inclusive practices to help you work more effectively with a diverse workforce.

YOU MUST COMPLETE THE ONLINE COURSE BEFORE YOU ATTEND CLASSROOM TRAINING. 

PART ONE (online prerequisite): Register for EEODF Level I by visiting Office of State Human Resources NC Learning Center.
A Quick Reference Guide is available that provides step-by-step instructions to access the NC Learning Center Learning Management System.

PART TWO (Classroom): Once Part One is completed, you will be notified of credit received for the online course and you will receive information to register for the next class available.

Class is from 8:30am-4:30pm at the Bryan School of Business, Room 113.
