Fitness Fury with Cari Culp, RD

Whether you love exercise or not, physical activity is a must for healthy outcomes. Cari will discuss the benefits and risks of certain activities as well as goals for the 4 components of fitness – Variety, Frequency, Duration, and Intensity. Also, discover creative ways to meet your movement needs even at home!

Presented by registered dietitian, Cari Culp

Upon registration you will be asked to submit your BCBS subscriber id #. This is a free workshop provided by Cari Culp and is a contracted service through the State Health Plan. The workshop is open to those with SHP insurance and their families. Subscriber ID is needed, but you will not be charged a copay for the service. Preventative services, such as this, are covered at 100% regardless of plan. If you have any questions, don’t have BCBS, or prefer to provide another way, please contact us at [email protected]
