Join the Native American Student Association and the Teaching Innovations Office for a student-led workshop on incorporating Indigenous best practices into your teaching. The workshop will include history of Native nations in NC, student experiences, and introductions to Indigenous teaching practices. This dialogue-style workshop will help you reflect on the needs of Indigenous students, UNCG’s location on Keyauwee and Saura land, and how you can better serve all students by incorporating multiple ways of knowing in the classroom.
