KORU Mindfulness 4 Week Training and Workshops

Koru Mindfulness® is an evidence-based curriculum specifically designed for teaching mindfulness, meditation, and stress management.

Participants in the program report being less-stressed, sleep better, and live with greater mindfulness and self-compassion.

The program consists of 75-minute class over four weeks. This will be virtual. Due to the practice and training, as well as limited spots, participation in all four classes is strongly recommended and preferred. Workshops will be led Ann Grimaldi, MEd, a Koru instructor in-training. Since 2014 she has received training in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Training for Professionals, and continuing education in mindfulness practices at Duke Integrative Medicine. At UNCG, Ann is curator of education at the Weatherspoon Art Museum!
