Maintaining Health Through Mid-life Transitions

November 17 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Free

Anyone over 40 realizes that mid-life presents challenges even to the best-intended health gurus. In this class you can breathe a sigh of relief by exploring what happens physically, emotionally, and relationally during midlife and how our health is impacted. Learn strategies to traverse the years from 40-65 without losing your joy, your peace, or your health in Maintaining Health Through Midlife Transitions.

Zoom link will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours prior to the workshop.

Upon registration you will be asked to submit your BCBS subscriber id #. This is a free workshop provided by Cari Culp and is a contracted service through the State Health Plan. The workshop is open to those with SHP insurance and their families. Subscriber ID is needed, but you will not be charged a copay for the service. Preventative services, such as this, are covered at 100% regardless of plan. If you have any questions, don’t have BCBS, or prefer to provide another way, please contact us at healthy_uncg@uncg.edu

Attendance is required in order to receive the recording and slides.
