Nutrition and Emotional Eating with Cari Culp, RD

October 22, 2020 @ 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Do you eat to feel better or relieve stress? These tips can help you stop emotional eating, fight cravings, identify your triggers, and find more satisfying ways to feed your feelings.

Many of us tend to eat to feel better or relieve stress. Join registered dietitian Cari Culp to discuss the psychological and biochemical reasons we eat based on emotions as well as give you tips to curb emotional eating, fight cravings, identify triggers, and find ways to eat more intuitively, especially through the challenging seasons.

This will be a virtual workshop.

Zoom link for workshop will be emailed to you 24-48 hours prior to the event.

Upon registration you will be asked to submit your BCBS subscriber id #. This is a free workshop provided by Cari Culp and is a contracted service through the State Health Plan. The workshop is open to those with SHP insurance and their families. Subscriber ID is needed, but you will not be charged a copay for the service. Preventative services, such as this, are covered at 100% regardless of plan. If you have any questions, don’t have BCBS, or prefer to provide another way, please contact us at healthy_uncg@uncg.edu
