Nutrition and Sleep Health with Cari Culp, RD – Virtual Session

Are you struggling to get good quality of sleep?  Did you know that certain foods you eat and your eating patterns affect your sleep?  Join dietitian Cari Culp as she will talk about nutrition changes you can make that will promote better quality sleep, what foods to avoid before bedtime, and the benefits of a consistent night’s rest on overall nutrition.
