PCard Reconciler Training

Brief Description:

Required for all PCard Reconcilers and Proxy PCard Reconcilers.

A PCard Reconciler/Coordinator must be listed in the University records system (Banner) as a permanent and active UNCG employee.  We will discuss policies and procedures related to the PCard,  as well as the reconciliation process. Please visit the PCard Welcome Page to locate any needed forms to be completed and sent to Purchasing.

Full Description:

This workshop is for Reconcilers and Proxy Reconcilers. Discussion will include PCard policies and procedures   Topics covered are: What can and cannot be purchased when using the PCard, How to execute transactions, Reviewing transactions, Reconciliation process, Disputing transactions, Timelines for the PCard deadline, etc. Requirements: Please visit PCard Welcome Page to locate any needed forms to be completed and send to Purchasing at pcard@uncg.edu. Reconcilers also need to complete the Banner Finance Security Access form — requesting “maintenance” access for the funds they will be charging.
