This training is designed to be a more in-depth discussion of grants management topics, specifically around cost compliance and budget management. This is for grants managers who need the opportunity to discuss and discover best practices to manage budget and maintain compliance.

In this training, we will discuss best practices of each of the following areas:

  • Original budget, outlying year budgets, budget management
  • Budget transfers
  • Basic compliance management concepts:  Allowable, Allocable, Consistent, Reasonable
  • Communication concerning compliance
