Proactive Practices: Addressing and Reducing Grading Bias

Join Shannon Barr from Information Technology Services and Brian Daniel from the Dean of Students Office as they share an interactive and engaging session on ways to address and reduce grading bias. This session will share resources from the Dean of Students Office about the Erase Hate campaign and bias reporting and will provide an overview of ways to reduce grading bias through tools and resources on UNCG’s Canvas site. While this session is geared towards those who teach, students, staff, and faculty are all welcomed to attend! Free lunch will be provided to the first 20 participants who RSVP.
