Shopping Smart with Cari Culp, RD

Have you longed to be a discerning shopper, yet felt completely overwhelmed by the nutrition data swarming around you? If so, this class is for you. Come and learn how to wisely choose between products by understanding the nutrition facts label. With this knowledge, you won’t be fooled any more by false nutrition claims and become sure your grocery budget is going towards the foods that are best for you and your family.
Zoom link will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours prior to the workshop.
Upon registration you will be asked to submit your BCBS subscriber id #. This is a free workshop provided by Cari Culp and is a contracted service through the State Health Plan. The workshop is open to those with SHP insurance and their families. Subscriber ID is needed, but you will not be charged a copay for the service.
