Sleep Health – Virtual Session

Sleep is one of the first things we tend not to prioritize when we have a lot going on in our busy lives. Without it, however, we are unable to restore energy helping us to function daily and keep our immune system healthy. With adequate sleep we think more clearly and remember things better leading to better performance and mood. This session will provide you with information about sleep hygiene and provide resources to work towards better sleeping habits enabling you to be happier and healthier while working.
