The Importance of Social Connection – Virtual Session

Mental wellbeing has always been important – now it is essential. Many of us do things daily to take care of ourselves such as brush our teeth, go for a walk, eat a good breakfast. But what about social connection? Lack of human connection can be as harmful to our health as smoking, obesity, and high blood pressure. Conversely, social interaction and connection, even indirectly, can have profound impacts on ones happiness and resiliency. Join us as we kick off our virtual fall wellness series and learn more about how connection = protection.
