“Funding Open Access Publishing: Support from the UNCG University Libraries” by Anna Craft, Coordinator of Metadata Services
If you want to publish your work via open access but you’re concerned about finding funding for article processing charges, then this session is for you. The UNCG University Libraries have agreements with several academic publishers to offer discounts and credits that can be applied to article processing charges (APCs) associated with open access publishing. The Libraries also have an Open Access Publishing Fund, which offers limited financial awards to be applied toward APCs. This session will help you identify funding options that may be right for you and your work.
