“Oral History Metadata Synchronizer (OHMS): Better Access for Oral Histories” by Erin Lawrimore, UNCG University Archivist

The Oral History Metadata Synchronizer (OHMS) is an open-source, web-based tool developed by the University of Kentucky’s Louie B. Nunn Center for Oral History and used by many oral history projects in the University Libraries. This webinar will provide an overview of the OHMS system and discuss how researchers can apply OHMS to their own oral history interview projects in order to enhance access through synched transcripts, indexing, and keyword searching.
