SoftChalk can help you to introduce active learning opportunities and improve engagement in your courses. It can be used to create interactive elements, quizzes, modules, or an entire course housing a variety of media that will involve your students with the content they are learning.

In this session, you will learn about your options to create interactive online course materials using the SoftChalk elearning content authoring software and deliver it virtually in Canvas.

In the School of Education (SOE), we have purchased a couple of SoftChalk licenses for our instructors to use. SOE instructors who would like to check out one of our licenses, should fill out the SoftChalk Account Access Request form.

If your area does not have a SoftChalk subscription, you can always request access to a FREE 30-day trial. During that time you can experiment with the SoftChalk features and see if it is something that you would be interested in using in your area.
