What To Know About Plant Based Diets

There are many benefits of eating a diet that is made up from plant-based sources including grains, fruits, and vegetables. In this virtual workshop led by registered dietitian, Cari Culp, you will learn the benefits of a plant-based diet as well as ways to get all your key nutrients in. The class will also teach you how to apply a plant-based diet to your normal day and how to apply it to breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks.
