Women’s Table Talk: Functional Fitness at EVERY Age

Discuss key concepts to staying fit and functional across the lifespan, including why movement, mobility and balance are vital in every decade of life and how they do not only affect our physical fitness, but also our quality of life. Dr. Anne Brady, professor of Kinesiology and personal trainer and fitness coach, will provide information, open discussion, question and answer, as well as demonstrations and activities. Now is the perfect time to begin or maintain your fitness!
