SUMMARY:Buckets\, Bridges\, and Beyond: Your 2026 Personalized AI Roadmap
DESCRIPTION:The “AI Overhang” is here\, a massive leap in technology that offers every UNCG professional the chance to work with “super-talent” capabilities. Whether you’re managing a department\, supporting students\, or leading a classroom\, 2026 is the year to move beyond small adjustments and embrace a radical re-evaluation of how we get things done. \nJoin Timothy Lynch for a fun\, fast-paced\, and resource-heavy session where we’ll chart a course through the twists and turns of the AI-transformed workplace. \nWe will explore: \n\nThe Four-Bucket Framework: A strategic way to organize your tasks—from doubling down on “Human-Only” skills like empathy and ethical judgment to automating routine administrative procedures.\nThe Personal Data Bridge: We’ll dive into why UNCG’s 66.8 million files in OneDrive (compared to 21.8 million in SharePoint) are your secret weapon for “Contextualization” training AI to understand your specific work style and history.\n\nThis isn’t just a lecture; it’s a toolkit launch. You’ll leave ready to make your personal roadmap and a collection of resources to help you bridge the capabilities gap and make AI your most valuable partner in 2026
