SUMMARY:Copilot: Adding File-Based Context
DESCRIPTION:This session shows how adding files changes Copilot Chat’s reasoning by grounding responses in a clear source of truth. Attendees will learn when to attach files versus when to start with questions\, which file types work best\, and how to combine files with explicit instructions to improve specificity and reduce hallucination. We’ll walk through single-file and multi-file use cases\, including summarization\, rewriting\, extracting risks/action items\, and comparing or consolidating content across documents. The session closes with common mistakes to avoid and how these same skills transfer to licensed Copilot experiences across Microsoft apps.

SUMMARY:Green Zone Training
DESCRIPTION:Green Zone training is for all faculty and staff desiring to learn more about the military-affiliated student experience. Its goals are to train members of the UNCG community to know more about the issues and concerns faced by military-affiliated students and to identify individuals who are available to assist this population. These individuals are not expected to be experts who can “solve problems.” They are individuals who can lend a sympathetic ear and help the student veteran identify and connect with the appropriate resources.
