Getting Started with Planner

May 29 @ 2:00 pm - 3:00 pm

Information Technology Services (ITS) is hosting a virtual session, Getting Started with Planner. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Microsoft Planner is a collaborative task management tool that seamlessly integrates with Microsoft Teams for enhanced project coordination and communication.

Explore Microsoft Planner, a task management tool that helps teams create, assign, and organize work visually. Understand how to use Planner to streamline teamwork, set deadlines, and stay updated on project progress. Master the art of efficient planning with hands-on experience in setting up plans, creating tasks, and tracking completion.

Learn to:

  • Organize in buckets
  • Manage views
  • Create plans
  • Assign tasks
  • Group and filter
  • Add plans to Microsoft Teams

The training team from Planet Technologies (Microsoft Certified experts) will facilitate this session.

Stay tuned and register for new topics each month through July 2024. A recording for each topic will be made available on the Technology Initiatives Website. If sessions fill up, watch for more on this topic in June and July.
