Information Technology Services (ITS) is hosting a virtual session, Teams: Working with Files at UNCG. Space is limited, and registration is required.

Discuss storage, access, and sharing of files stored in Microsoft Teams with collaborators inside and outside UNCG.

Storing files in the cloud has never been easier. Microsoft Teams is a front-end for SharePoint and OneDrive, where we can easily store, share, and co-author files. Teams manages files through SharePoint and organizes them into channel folders. Chat files are stored in OneDrive and accessed through the Teams file section.

Learn to:

• master channels
• create and upload files
• co-author files
• understand Teams files in SharePoint

The training team from Planet Technologies (Microsoft Certified experts) will facilitate this session.
