Prerequisite: Must actively use Canvas and/or have worked through Canvas Basics for Faculty (Self Paced Course 1)
Canvas Basics for Faculty (Course 2) is a self-paced training for all School of Nursing faculty. A development shell will be designed for you to work in and practice using the existing tools in Canvas. You can contact the Instructional Design Consultant with any questions or issues you may have.
Canvas Basics for Faculty (Course 2) will cover:
- Importing Course Content
- Importing from Canvas Commons
- Adding icons to pages
- Adding and working with groups
- Using the “Big Blue Button” in Conferences
- Using Collaborations
- Using Analytics to modify quiz or exam questions
The class is self-paced and delivered to you upon request.
